What we do is help brands be described correctly by AI

aileo is the AI-era brand visibility platform produced by Sinnet Cloud Data Co., Ltd. We do not dress this up as “marketing's new playbook for the AI era” — it is an engineering problem: making sure machines can read your official facts completely, accurately, and verifiably.

Who we are

Sinnet Cloud · from compute foundation to AI-driven customer acquisition

Sinnet Cloud Data Co., Ltd. is the core cloud computing and AI compute brand of the listed company Sinnet Technology Co., Ltd. (SZSE: 300383.SZ). It has deployed more than 4,000P of compute clusters across Beijing, Tianjin and elsewhere, targeting expansion to 10,000P by 2026, providing the compute foundation for large-scale model training, inference and knowledge engineering.

aileo is the product brand Sinnet Cloud offers to enterprise customers, providing AI-era brand visibility services — the industry term for this is GEO (Generative Engine Optimization). Our job is to break a company's “mentioned, understood, cited, verified” status in AI down into deliverable, verifiable, monitorable engineering actions.

Coming at GEO from a compute company is not a patchwork of businesses. AI visibility monitoring requires high-frequency, large-scale, long-term sampling of answers from multiple generative engines, plus continuous maintenance of knowledge graphs and entity relationships — classically compute-intensive work. aileo's monitoring and inference run on our own compute, so sampling frequency and monitoring granularity are not constrained by third-party compute costs.

Origin

We were invisible in AI before anyone else

aileo did not start with market research but with an internal audit. In the second quarter of 2026 we ran a full AI visibility diagnosis on Sinnet Cloud itself — the result was 42 out of 100, a fail. The six-dimension scores: content authority 35, information structure 48, technical accessibility 55, entity knowledge building 28, authoritative source coverage 52, cross-platform consistency 38.

A technology company that builds compute and large models and sits behind a listed parent was still a vague shadow in generative engines. That result made us realize: AI invisibility is not a marketing department's oversight but a structural gap every organization has — the website is built for design reviews, product docs are written for engineers, qualification materials sit locked in a bid folder, and nothing anywhere is organized for machine reading.

We turned that diagnostic process into a product. That is also why every aileo engagement starts with measurement: we have no standing to assume where a client's problem lies, because we guessed wrong about our own.

“Even we only scored 42 — dare to find out how your brand really performs in AI?” — the standard opener from the aileo sales team
What we believe

Four things we are sure of, and one thing we refuse to do

Belief one

AI citation slots are winner-takes-all, with nothing in between

Conventional search offers 10 positions, and ranking fifth still brings traffic. Generative engines give only 3–5 citations per answer, so missing out means not existing. That makes GEO more urgent than SEO — the cost of doing nothing is not “a little less traffic” but “being replaced outright by a peer”.

Belief two

Structure is the entry ticket, not a bonus

AI does not read aesthetics; it extracts facts and matches entities. A visually beautiful website that lacks Schema markup and scatters its facts across PDFs and images is roughly a blank page to a machine. Structure is not an “optimization” but the precondition for being read at all.

Belief three

The fact base's real enemy is inconsistent internal wording

In practice the hardest thing to govern is not missing external information but contradictory statements inside the company — sales wording, website wording, bid material wording, WeChat account wording. When AI meets contradictions it does not “average them out”; it lowers overall credibility.

Belief four

Results must be measurable, or they cannot be reviewed

Only a fixed question set × multiple platforms × multiple sampling rounds yields share data with statistical meaning. Reporting results with a screenshot of a single answer is worthless for judging trends — which is why we open the console's monitoring dashboard directly to clients.

What we refuse to do

Promise three outcomes

We explicitly do not promise three things: guaranteed first-place recommendation, guaranteed 100% appearance, and sales wagering. Generative engine answers are probabilistic, and models and retrieval strategies are changed unilaterally by the platforms, so any “guarantee” about them is misleading. What we do promise are process metrics: fact-entry delivery volume, Schema coverage, monitoring report frequency, and a three-tier SLA of P0 in 30 minutes / emergency in 2 hours / closure in 24 hours, and P1 response within 1 business day.

Team and engagement

Who works on your project

aileo uses a “solutions + content engineering + customer success” triangle, avoiding the disconnect where “the people selling do not understand delivery and the people delivering never meet the client”.

Role one

Solutions & diagnosis

Owns the information audit, question-set design, competitor citation-structure analysis, and 90-day roadmap. Also manages expectations about what we can and cannot promise.

Role two

Content engineering & structure

Owns fact-base governance, Schema entity-graph construction, technical accessibility remediation, content production, and multi-platform source placement — the stage with the most deliverables and the most verifiable output.

Role three

Monitoring & customer success

Owns multi-platform answer sampling, L1–L4 metric tracking, monthly and quarterly reports, and incident response. Clients can view the data themselves in the console at any time.
